Publishing to xAPI?

Has anyone had any success in publishing with the new Adobe Captivate version 13 in xAPI?

Found this article but it looks like the new Captivate has an option for 'LMS' publishing to input the xAPI information.

Three of the 'Helpful Links' go to 404 errors as well.

Been trying to workshop a few different way but haven't been able to figure out how to input the xAPI information.

For reference we use Docebo as our LMS but wondering if anyone has gotten xAPI to function in any way with the newest version.
