Publishing Video file - CPVC slides blank

When I publish my project to a Video MP4 it is blanking out any CPVC slides within the project.  The background music is still there and all other slides.  It works when I preview as HTML.  How can I fix this?

I have answered a similar question recently, cannot find it however.

Captivate is an eLearning authoring tool, not a video creator. Having small videos in the project, which you want to publish to a passive video is always a problem.

Did you test the published project after uploading to a webserver? Which browser did you use?

I use the Record A Video Demo all of the time to create sections of a project.  They create the CPVC files that I insert into my project and the I publish as an MP4 video.  It was working until 2 weeks ago.   I previewed it in HTML5 and previwed the Project option as well and both worked.  When i publish to MP4 it seems to work but when i go to open to watch the finished piece, all of the CPVC sections are blanked out - all other slides and voice narration is there except the CPVC ones.
