quality between systems

I have several computers on individual licenses of Captivate 3. One of the computers publishes a lower quality product than the others but as far as I can see all settings are the same and the CPU is the same as well. Does anyone have a suggestion of where I can find the problem?

    Hi Michael,

    You may have tried this already but have you checked the image quality setting on each slide of the project? (Slide properties - Quality - High Quality) Some of our developes often overlook this. Other things we have done to improve graphics quality are: check monitor resolution, check project sizing is consistent and check project preferences (Edit-Preferences-Project-BMP & JPG quality).
