When Adobe Captivate is bought online, will a license key be E-Mailed to the user or will the software be shipped in a box?

    Hi Forrest,

    Greetings from Adobe.

    If you have purchased full version of "Adobe Captivate" online then you will receive a 24-digit license key on your email ID and if you have purchased the subscription then you will have to activate  "Adobe Captivate" using your Adobe ID and do not require any license key.
