Is there any way to instruct Presenter not to label question choices as A),
B), C)?

I see options for a), b), c) and 1), 2), 3)

Those three options are your only choices in the quiz manager.

One work around, that may or may not work, is to insert the quiz into the PPT presentation and then change the labels to your preferred system in PPT. This may affect the results page or may convert back to the A,B,C, etc. when you go back into the quiz manager.

Try changing it in PPT and publish it and see if it still works as you need it too.
