Question locking up TOC

I am having a problem with the functionality of my TOC.  Through most of the TOC, the user can select any slide to jump to it.  However, I have two question slides that are hidden within the module.  The second question is blocking the ability for the user to jump to any slides after it until they've answered the question.  This is not necessary for the question before it.  Does anyone have any idea what may be doing this?

    Yep, look at your Quiz settings.(Quiz > Quiz Preferences)

    Click the Settings item on the left and check what is set for "Required".

    That is a little mind boggling that it allowed the first question to be skipped, but not the second.  O well!  It works, so thanks!!

    This setting only really kicks in once you've landed somewhere inside the Quiz Scope.  So jumping over the first question did that.  From then on your navigation was limited.
