Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a way to reset a question screen everytime you navigate to it. At the moment it seems it locks the question after you attempt it.

Thanks,

Sorry mate, not enough info as to exactly what the expected flow is, but a quick fix is to duplicate the question slide a couple of times and then navigate to a different one each time - the user will not see the difference.

I have the same problem and been scratching my head for couple of weeks now. I have a "must pass" quiz where user sees a movie and then is presented with single correct choice questions about its content. If the user answers wrong he/she watches the relevant part of the movie and has to answer the SAME question again until he/she gets it right. I tried to do it with branching and having 3 slides per question - 1 slide has question, second slide is "wrong choice" slide where user sees a movie fragment and 3rd slide is the same question all over again. what happens is that I can have the user answer twice, after that the quiz goes back to slide #1 but the question is grayed out.

Is there any way to reset the question somehow? I do not necessary need the statistics on the number of wrong answers.

Please help me, I can't progress anywhere without solving this.

Thanks in advance
Paul

Have you got the settings correct in the Quiz preferences?

Quiz>Quiz Preferences

In the Pass or Fail section, set this to 'Infinite attempts'. Note this is for the whole quiz, so a learner can re-take a question again. Use the Advanced options in the question itself for each of the incorrect answers to branch to appropriate slide(s) as you are doing to review video etc then return to the question slide again.

You only need one version of the question.

Set the 'if wrong answer' properties of the question itself (Edit question>Options Tab) to 1 attempt.

This works, I have just tested it.
