Question slides are different size to project

Hi,

 

Currently receiving an issue in which, when i add a question slide to my project, for whatever reason, the slide seems to be all over the place a lot bigger than all of the other slides.

 

project is 1024x627 throughout - but as you can see, the question slide is all messed up... that goes for the summary page too which you might be able to see in the timeline.

 

Ive tried coming out of project and going back i again but no good. I have gone to a complete project and it works fine so not sure if i have done something here or not but either way, not working correctly

    It is a non-responsive projBecause master slides are part of the theme and what I see as theme is totally strange to me. It is not one of the themes included with Captivate. If you are on version 11.5 or 11.8 it is possible to have multiple themes in a project. From the look of the quiz slide in the Filmstrip this seems to be the Blue Veracity theme, but on the stage it has been overridden and that is due to that mentioned theme. Can you show the Master slide panel please? Since you are in the Newbie UI probably it will not be easy to show all the master slides, you may need to take multiple screenshots.

      Good morning Lilybiri (advanced action queen) 🙂

       

      Once again you have come to my aid and answered the question 🙂

      So yes... i applied a theme which changed some of the boxes etc on the slides but jet set them all to a style id crreated so all is now fixed.

      So, i get the answer... i just didnt realise that not applying a theme at all( as technically i was just creating the project from scratch, would in fact make the question slides any different in terms of sizing etc.... but, just something i was not aware of will be going forward! 🙂

      Many people ignore that each Captivate project is using a theme, one of the reasons why I didn't like the introduction of having multiple themes in one project.  What you experienced is rather rare, but I have seen projects where CP was confused because all the involved themes had a Blank master slide and got corrupted probably because it choked on that fact.
