Question slides distributed throughout CP7 project

I'd like to know if it is possible to have a Captivate 7 project made up of a number of content slides with pre-test question slides being used at various different points of the course?

At the moment when I add more than one pretest question slide they are all grouped together. The list below might help explain what I need to acheive. The reason I'm using pre-test question slides is that I don't want the results to be mixed in with the Graded questions at the end of the course.

  1. Content slide
  2. Content slide
  3. Content slide
  4. Content slide
  5. Pretest question slide
  6. Pretest question slide
  7. Pretest question slide
  8. Pretest question slide
  9. Pretest question slide
  10. Content slide
  11. Content slide
  12. Content slide
  13. Pretest question slide
  14. Content slide
  15. Content slide
  16. Graded question slide
  17. Graded question slide
  18. Graded question slide
  19. Graded question slide
  20. Graded question slide
  21. Content slide

As always any advice is gratefully received. Thanks.

Pretest questions have to be together, their present functionality is very limiting IMO. What do you want to do with the Pretest? Is it not possible to create that one Pretest slide as a custom question slide (then you can put it wherever you want). Could give some advice if I knew what the actions have to be after the pretest.

Where I am using prestest question slides I am doing so simply to make use of the built-in question-types in Captivate, specifically the MCQ, Matching and FIB.

In this example I require feedback to be given after each individual question (incorrect, correct, try again - 2 attempts allowed per question).

The overall concept is to provide 2-3 content screens that teach the information before displaying a question slide to re-enforce what has just been taught. Once the user has tried the question and received basic feedback they continue to the next content slide.

All would be solved if I could place the built-in question slides wherever I want but by the sound of it this isn't possible unfortunately.

Is it possible to customise a survey question slide to displaycustom feedback (correct/incorrect) using advanced actions?
