Question: TOC & Self-Paced Learning Checkbox

I'm using Captivate 9.

It's my understanding that, in previous versions, if you turned off the TOC in a project, then the Self-Paced Learning feature (i.e. the resume from last slide feature) is also disabled.

Is this still true for Captivate 9?
