Question w/2 attempts then display correct answer.

Setup for your quiz questions:

• 2 Attempts
• 2 Failure levels

Now you will get two Incorrect captions on the slide, one for Level 1 (first attempt), one for Level 2 (second attempt). You can edit the text in both captions as you wish, so you can add the correct answer to the Level 2 Incorrect caption.

As for the final slide, I believe you already did find the Certificate widget?

For multiple choice questions Captivate allows you to set multiple attempts and up to three Failure Levels, each of which shows a different Failure caption.  You can configure the first failure caption to tell the user their answer was incorrect, and the second one can give them the correct answer so that they can use this to get the question correct on their third attempt.  You can set the number of attempts for each question to Unlimited if you want to make sure they have enough attempts to answer correctly.

There is a Certificate Widget that comes with Captivate's default widget set and is supposed to allow users to print a completion certificate at the end of a module.  Some users report good results with this widget, others not so good.  Give it a try and see what you think.
