Is 12.3 already publicly released? At least I can only run 12.2 outside of the prerelease. In that release the 2 Quick Start Projects have a thumbnail on the Home screen: "Diversity inclusion" and "Leadership communicaton".  I don't have the option separately? FYI I am on Windows, you may be on another OS.
