Quiz Analyzer not showing results

The acrobat quiz analyzer works up to the point of showing the results.  It shows organization, department and course.  Upon clicking generate report a box appears saying data is not on local file system downloading data and then it quickly disappears. I saw a post similar to this one back in 9/2010 but it had no solution. I'm using Captivate 5.

Hi there,

Are you using the internal server to get the results or is it Acrobat.com ?

Can you check the network connections once ?

I'm connecting to Acrobat.com.  The screen shows all pertintent info for selecting the record I want to view, but after clicking the report button just the little box shows for a second and disappers.

Hello,

Can you check if the result data is getting downloaded to your system after clicking the 'Generate Report' button? To do this,

1. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\QuizResultsAnalyzer1.0 ....\Local Store\CaptivateResults- <adobe id>\

2. Then open the company, department and the course folders that you have selected in Quiz Results Analyser. Inside the course folder, you should be able to find XML files for each student who has taken the quiz and posted the results.

If you are not able to see these XML files, then it means that the result data has not got downloaded.

One way of manually downloading the data is to click on 'Download to Disk' button in the Quiz results Analyser.
