Quiz check boxes/option buttons missing from HTML5; OK in SWF

Here's a fun one. I'm using Cap 7.0.1.237: current for today's date. I'm using standard quizzing, including multiple choice with both single and multiple answers. When I publish to SWF, the option buttons and check boxes are visible; however, they are missing in the HTML5 version. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm having the same problem here, too.  I am not using any sort of Flash Wrapper (that I know of).  I just have standard quiz questions, and the multiple choice/TF check boxes are missing when I preview HTML5 in Web Browser.  They are fine when I preview in any other method.

Any other solutions for this one?

Hi, I've found a solution on our particular project.  Looking at the inspector in chrome, it showed that the buttons were actually there, but they werent showing.

It turns out that we had a smart shape on the slide which we were using as a background, but when it was rendering in HTML, it was being rendered ON TOP despite being on the timeline at the lowest level (send to back).

It's the same with images under the questions too.

You did remind me to try a different browser, but I still had the issue.  As far as other shapes, I don't have anything else on this slide at all.....no other items on the timeline.

I fixed it. There's something on your slide behind the quiz but it gets displayed over the top. See:

I am having the a similar problem. I have a Flash wrapper that launches Captivate 7 files (lessons). I can test run the Flash Wrapper in Flash and it launches the Captivate files with multiple choice questions showing the distractor buttons you can click. I can also click on the swf Captivate 7 files without the wrapper and the buttons appear. However, when I Publish the Flash wrapper and run the Index.html file it creates in the Publishing settings,  the html file that runs does not have the buttons? Help!!!!!

This Flash wrapper worked fine in Captivate 5.5. This only happened when I upgraded to Captivate 7. Note: It may also do it in Captivate 6, but I didn't try it there.

Flash Test Movie Running and you see the buttons.

Website index.html file created from the Flash Wrapper publishing:

That sums up what I'm seeing. If I click on the any of the distractors, the entire line is shaded. While the radio buttons and check boxes are not visible, the project correctly registers user responses to the questions. One person has suggested the elements are there, just very pale.

While I was able to work around the issue by publishing to SWF for review, we are standardizing on HTML5. I'm willing to experiment with any suggestions.

Mine also work as yours do although I am not publishing to html5. I am just publishing html. Even though I cannot see the buttons, when you roll over the distracters you can click them and it will score your question.
