Hello again to you Lilybiri and RodWard.

This is what I would like to duplicate.

    1) Like the multiple choices it would be nice to have these question shuffle.

There is no option to shuffle answers in a Likert question.

I think we have probably provided all the information we can for you.  Some things can be done, some cannot.

Adding to the solutions proposed by Rod: you can use the radiobuttons interaction (5 instances) as well, will reduce the developing time. Each answer (Y/N) can be stored in the associated variable. Some tips:

You haven't provided much information here to go on.

If you are saying that you want all of these statements on the same slide and you want the user to select whether they respond as a yes or a no to each one, then I have to tell you that there is no default SCORABLE Captivate quiz slide that will look like this.  However, you do have the option of using a Likert question slide, by reducing the rating scale to 2 and renaming the columns Yes and No.  You can have a maximum of up to 10 statements to be marked.

However, if you need the user's answers to be scored as either correct or incorrect, the Likert question won't work for you, but you can construct an interaction similar to what you want just using a normal slide with text boxes, shapes and other interactive objects.

For example, you could have images of empty radio buttons located inside the cells in both yes and no columns and then when the user clicks that spot to select one, you could show a hidden selected radio button image to indicate their choice.  Alternatively you could show a Checkmark image in the cells they click.

Either way, this can be done.

With thanks to your reply RodWard...

I have tried playing with the Likert question, but as you say not been able to score the question is unfortunate.

Having better luck with your second suggestion, lots of experimentation.
