Quiz does not think I answered questions correctly when I did.

I am having a problem with the quiz I created at the end of a Captivate project that I created using a Powerpoint presentation.  I published it and viewed it in the LMS, but for some reason it is not registering that I am answering the quiz questions.  I answer each one (correctly or incorrectly---it doesn't matter---it does not give any message after I answer and click "submit" so I have to click "next" to advance to the next question). But my quiz results are always a failure and none of the questions were answered correctly---or answered at all, even though I did answer them.  It's weird because I successfully added a quiz to a different presentation and it all went just fine (it was from Powerpoint too).  I must be missing something in my settings?  I can't figure out what though.  I'm using Captivate 8.  Windows 7.

I don't delete them, I just unclick the selection in the properties window.  I don't want them to go back.  I don't think this is the problem, since I unclicked that box on every other presentation I've made, without this problem arising.


That is the correct way, congratulations. Another possibility, taking into account the other issues you mention, is that the file is getting corrupted. Try to copy/paste the slides to a blank project with the same resolution.

Next means Skip. Which version do you use?

Well, I only clicked "next" because the slide won't advance otherwise.  I answer the question, click "submit" and nothing happens.  I get no message about my answer being correct or incorrect.  This occurs for each quiz slide and then my results give me a failure message.  I am using Captivate 8 32bit.

Another oddity with this published project, is I left the default slide timing at 3 seconds.  With other projects I've done this with, it makes me wait that 3 seconds before I can advance to the next slide.  With this one, I can click right through without waiting for that slide timing.  I don't know if it's related, but that's the other odd thing with this one.
