i create a course with an quiz on a LMSin captivate i configure the quantity of atteps (4) and i upload the course on the LMS (Cornestone on Demand) and when someone fails once they cant retake the quiz!I NEEED HEELP!Yo cree un curso con examen para un LMS, en captivate configure la cantidad de intentos permitidos y carge el curso en el LMS, pero cuando alguien falla una vez no le permite intentarlo nuevamente, alguna sugerencia?

There are attempts on Question level and on Quiz level. Can you show the Quiz Preferences, Pass or Fail? Did you activate the Retake button?
