Quiz not reporting correctly

I appreciate in advance any advice.

BACKGROUND:

I am using Captivate 8 to create a SCORM 2004 v4 tracked course.

In this course, if the user answers a question incorrectly (twice), the course branches to a recap of the topic they're being quizzed on.  If the user answers the question correctly, they move forward in the course.

In the recap branch, I continue to ask questions of the user. However, I don't want those questions to be included in the quiz reporting, as not everyone will be required to answer those questions.  I have de-selected "Report Answers" for each question

I have de-selected "Reporting / Report Answers" for each of these recap branch questions.

# of questions in Correct-only Branch:  4

# of questions including Recap Branch:  9

ISSUE:

When previewing this course in Captivate, I answer everything correctly (4 questions only).  My LMS records a score of 98%

When testing this course in my LMS(SuccessFactors), I answer everything correctly.  My LMS records a score of 24%.

The math doesn't add up.  Yet I wonder if I'm selecting the wrong box to keep the recap questions out of the quiz, at least in the LMS' eyes.

Can you check the Advanced Interaction panel (F9) to see all scored objects and question slides?

Also: can you insert some quizzing system variables (like cpInfoPercentage, cpInfoPointsscored) in a text container on the first slide, and display it for the rest of the project for tracking reasons? Maybe add cpInQuizScope as well?

Thank you for that tip.  With the Advanced Interactions window, I found one button that was erroneously reporting results.

With the 100% Correct answer path, Captivate reports 100% Info percentage, and 40 Quiz Info Points Scored out of 40. However, the LMS reports 25%.

That is very weird, because the CP will report the system quizzing variables which seem to be populated correctly. Can that 25% be a logical number when you count the 'number' of question slides?

To detect if the issue is with the LMS, could you upload to SCORM Cloud?
