Quiz on one SCORM and completion of other SCORM packages

I believe I know the answer, but just checking to be sure. Is it possible (without special programming) for a quiz that's successfully completed to somehow mark other courses complete (my hunch is no):

Kind of like this:

Topic A

Course 1 (quiz is passed) --> Course 2 and Course 3 can be marked as complete in LMS

Course 2

Course 3

Topic A

Course 1 (quiz is failed) --> Course 2 and Course 3 must be taken

I'm thinking unless there is custom code on the LMS this won't be possible.
