Quiz Passed - Lesson Status Still Incomplete

We are experiencing an issue where the user completes the quiz and passes with a score of 100%, yet the user is still marked incomplete. The LMS is Saba. Attached is a screen shot of the publish settings from Captivate 8. Any insight or information is appreciated.

    Take off the requirement for slide views to be part of the Success criteria and set it to be Incomplete --> Passed/Failed instead
