Quiz pool question inserted into Captivate 7 presentation disables branching navigatioin

Win 7 Captivate 7 presentation using 4 click boxes that the user must select and jump to 4 different slides.  navigation works fine until Quiz pool question is inserted, then no matter which click box is selected the presentation only progresses to the next slide.
