Quiz: Possible to assign penalty points that only affect current question slide?

Hi, I want to assign penalty points to wrong answers in a multiple choice question, so that users cannot simply click every answer.

However I do NOT want to transfer these negative points to the global user score, should he select only the wrong answers: Meaning the lowest possible score the user can achieve for a question should be “0”. Is there a way to solve this?

Also concerning SCORM 1.2: Since it does not support negative scores, does that mean every penalty point throughout the quiz is ignored OR that only the global score cannot be lower than “0”?

I haven’t found an answer on any previous thread here. Hope somebody knows the answer, thanks in advance!
