Quiz Preferences

We are encountering issues with users who have failed a test and go in to re-complete.

I have pass set to 80%.

If learners do not pass, they are required to rewind the course and start over and re-do the test.  I am running into issues where when learners log back in to re-complete the course but their old answers are not clearing.

Currently, I have a quiz setting set at: Pass Required.  In the past I have used Required.

I am wondering if this is what is causing the issue?

    You want them to restart everything? Go into Reporting under Quiz Preferences and click the Advanced button at the bottom. Check the option 'Never send resume data'.
