Quiz question radio buttons on multiple choice stay frozen and do not allow the users to complete

Hello,

I published a course in Captivate 2017  in HTML5 format  and uploaded it into a LMS. The multple choice questions radio butons are not clickable by the user. Therefore, they cannot complete the module. Any help or hints about reloving this issue would greatly appreciated.
