Quiz question with multiple correct answers and one selection

I am using Captivate 8. I need to create a multiple choice type question where there are three correct answers and three incorrect answers.  The user makes only one selection and any of the three correct answers is a success. I have tried using smart shapes next to the answers.  This works, but I also need a submit button so the user can change their answer if they accidently mark the wrong one.
