Quiz Results

Hello Adobe Community,

I would like to create a quiz at the end of a presentation and have the quiz results returned back to me via email.  How do I do this WITHOUT using an LMS?  Currently I am not using one.  I don't even see a feature in the Quiz Manager to have results emailed back to me.  Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated.
