Quiz Results Analizer - Stand alone PC

Does Adobe Quiz Results Analizer have to be used with a webserver? I just wondered if all learners will be using just one stand alone PC to take a Captivate quiz, is it possible to use the Adobe Quiz results Analizer installed on that PC to record the quiz scores and later review them? Or any ideas on how this could be achieved? The PC has internet access but is not on a network.
