Quiz Results Slide Won't Show on VR Project

I'm using Captivate 11.5.1.

Developing a VR project. After all questions are answered, and the last slide of the project is viewed, the Quiz Results slide won't show.

Yes. "Show Score at the End of the Quiz" is enabled.

Also, why Captivate automatically adds a "Blank" slide before the Quiz Results slide?

This is not a separeta blank slide, is like linked to the Quiz results slide, but serves no purpose?
