Quiz Results via Email

Hi,

We are beta testing several elearning training courses that include a quiz.  Initially we tested each course individually and the results were submitted perfectly via email.  Now that we're beta testing several courses with several individuals from various departments, we've realized that neither the file name, ID or anything that could assist us in determining which course the exam results coincide with.  In the quiz settings, we've entered the Quiz Name and Objective ID, but none of that information is included in the email results.  Here is the information received:

Is there any way to incorporate a file name / label that will email with the quiz results without having to use a LMS?

You may not have the reporting level set right. Set it to 'Interactions and Score'

Thanks for your response.  The person who is responsible for uploading files of this type to the server is out this week, but I'll give

it a try when he returns next week and let you know if this worked.
