Quiz scores on mobile devices

Hi,

I am very new to Captivate and have just created my first course with multiple choice quiz. When I click preview - live preview on all devices. The quiz works fine on the desktop but when I QR scan it on to my iphone and put in the correct answers it always comes up with a quiz score of 0. Some colleagues have tested it too for me and it still comes up with 0. Any ideas on how to fix please? Using Captivate 2019 and have created a responsive project.

    Using 11.5.0.476 or 11.0.1.266?

    I suppose you used Fluid Boxes? Did you try to publish and upload to a webserver or LMS for testing?

    It seems strange that no scores are shown at all. Is the result slide the last slide in the Course? Did you use the quizzing and resuls master slides without any editing?
