Quiz - send the result

Is there any way that I implement my quiz so that when the student will succed the quiz, the result will be send to me., without being able to change this result ?

I know you can get the "core data' sent via email, but I was never able to get the answers emailed back to me... I am still looking for information regarding this (since I was only doing the trial I wasn't able to get support).
