Quiz setting is not working

I re-installed Captivate as I received a new laptop from the company. I don't know why I can't change the quiz settings although I got the tool and its resources installed following the instructions.  It'd be awesome if you could help me fix this as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

    I cannot see the Reporting field in your screenshot which is at the top of the Reporting section in Quiz Preferences. Is that field checked?

      The advantage of such an easy solution is that you probably will never forget it in the future. That part is not 'silly'. It happens to everyone, except those who claim to be infallible (which is b***s***).
