Quiz settings

Hi, my file has multiple quizzes in multiple selection. I set the settings so the user must pass to proceed with unlimited attempts. But my client does not want it this way. They want the user to attempt the quiz, whether correct or wrong, and move forward, and on reaching the result slide, if they have failed, they must attempt that quiz in order to complete training. They do not want to add a skip button; also, they want the user to move freely back/next in the quiz. Can anyone help with how this can be done? I changed the preferences, but it's not getting me to what the client wants.

I really need help if anyone can assist. Thanks

It's not exactly clear what you are trying and what isn't working...

Is this for Adobe Captivate Classic or Adobe Captivate (which means 12.x)? Assuming it's the latter, do you have a question slide and then at least one or more content slides and then another question slide? Is that what you mean with "multiple quizzes in multiple selection"? Adobe Captivate does not work well in this type of scenario. Users will not be able to just take the quiz slides.

What does the client want? If the user fails the quiz the first time, they seem to want the user to re-take the quiz, but what if the user fails the quiz a second time? What is the expected behavior from the client? If you select the Quiz Results slide, you can show the Interactions Panel to set the number of attempts on the quiz and optionally show a Show retake button. NOTE: There may be issues if the user clicks Review Quiz, instead of Retake Quiz button, but you can review to determine if there's any negative effect.

They don't want a skip button, but want a user to be able to skip a question? I don't think that's possible. You can set attempts on an individual interaction, but I don't think that's what you are looking for.
