Quiz slides do not render when viewed on LMS

Initially thought this was a corrupted file, but any quiz slides, in any project created in Captivate 2019 do not render when viewed on an LMS.  Have tried two different LMSs Moodle and Oracle.  Other colleagues in my team can however see them and score correctly.   Any ideas why this may occur and what a solution may be would be appreciated.  Many thanks.

Just to make sure I am understanding you correctly:

    • Is it only YOU that cannot see quiz slide content when the published HTML5 is viewed from an LMS?

If it is only yourself that is having this problem, and other users are able to view the output correctly from the LMS, then I do not see how the issue can be with the Captivate CPTX.  Your symptoms would seem to indicate that your own web browser or OS system is where you should be looking.

Thanks Rod.  One of four other users who have viewed the quiz have the same problem.  Our IT guys are going to check the browser and system settings for discrepancies.

Thanks for your time. Still unresolved. IT guys are working on it. I will update if we get a fix.

Can you check the full version number under Help, About Captivate? There were many releases under the common number CP2019.

It looks like something is corrupt in Captivate. Please clean the Preferences. Find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run 'CleanPreferences...' (for your OS) while Captivate is closed.

Thank you Lilybiri. I have version 11.5.5.553. Will try clearing preferences.

If indeed only part of the users have the problem, it is not due to Captivate. Even if it could be a font problem, the font would have been replaced by Times New Roman. You didn't specify which browser was used?
