Quiz Slides - User are unable to move Sequence text boxes on Ipads

I have published an html5 scorm package to our LMS. Users are not able to arrange sequence quiz slides textboxes on Ipads. Does anybody have suggestions why this might be happening? These seqeunce questions have worked before seamlessly. The user are able to click on the text box and it would be highlighted but they are unable to move them.
