Quiz with only click boxes

I've made a quiz using the "Include in Quiz" function for click boxes. I don't need any of the standard quiz question types. I have configured everything, but when the learner completes the quiz, they still get a notice that they have failed. Also, the quiz properties shows nothing to be configured (failure percentage, etc), How can I fix this?

    Look in the Project > Advanced Interactions dialog.  Does it show your click boxes as having a points score and being included in the quiz?

    If so, check your Quiz > Pass or Fail setting.  Perhaps you've got it set in such a way that achieving a pass is not possible.
