Quizzing back/forward navigation - CP5.5

I am using CP5.5 and working with the quiz slides.  I need to have the ability for the learner to move backwards from the quiz slide as well as navigate to the next slide once the question has been answered.  No skin is used, but maybe I need the skin to be visible after the question has been answered, yet I don't know how to do this.

Example:

Slide1 has content

Slide 2 has question

Slide 3 has content

Once the learner get to slide 2 and answers the question, the learner should have the ability to move backwards to Slide 1.  But if the learner goes back to slide 1 and then into slide 2 (question slide), I cannot get the learner to slide 3 to continue.  How do I accomplish this?
