Radio button widget followed by text entry box

I am working in captivate 9 and I am using a radio button widget followed by a text entry box on the same slide.  When I preview my project in captivate the slide is working fine.

However, when I upload my project  to captivate prime, once the radio button has been selected it seems to stop any entry into the text box. 

Has anybody else come across similar issues or does anybody have a fix for this please?

    Hi,

    Is the issue present in your published output on your local web server, or is the issue present when you view your project on SCORM cloud as well?

    When you preview the project in Captivate are you previewing in SWF or HTML5? Can you also confirm your Captivate 9 version

    Hi Mohana,

    The issue is present (or not) as follows:

    • When I preview in Captivate (preview menu "from this slide" or "project") the issue does not occur and all works fine.
    • When I preview "in browser" the issue does not occur and all works fine.
    • When I preview "in HTML browser" the issue does occur and I cannot enter into the text box if I click on the radio buttons first.
    • When I preview "SCORM Cloud" the issue does occur and I cannot enter into the text box if I click on the radio buttons first.
    • When I upload to Captivate prime the issue does occur and I cannot enter into the text box if I click on the radio buttons first.


    I have tried deleting and re-inserting the radio button widget but this made no difference.

    I have used the HTML 5 tracker and no unsupported slide/objects are shown.


    I am running Captivate 9 version 9.0.0.223 (only downloaded and started with it last week).

    Please install the patch released last week to version 9.0.1.320.

    I cannot give you an answer, have to double-check when I find time, because I heard that the radiobutton widget will obstruct other interactive objects when used.
