Random questions don't work

Hi,

We have a course with a test with random questions (out of a pool) at the end. Learners open the course from one computer but with their own logon-credentials in the LMS. They always get the same questions out of the pool.

So now the question is:

Is it not user-dependent but instead IP-dependent? Or is there another explanation for this?
