Random Submit Button on Project that Has No Buttons

I have created a project in Captivate 2019 that has a random submit button. It is no where to be found on the timeline, and I have no features on the project that have any sort of button. It is a one slide project so it cannot be from another slide. When previewing in HTML, the submit button does not appear. However, on export, it does appear. Please help. Again I have already combed through the timeline to no avail. I have also tried the trick of coping the slides contents and pasting it into another slide on a different project to see if it would appear in the timeline, but it has not.

This has been a known bug in Captivate for a couple of versions now.

Please report it and add your voice to the others that want Adobe to pay more attention to these annoyances: Adobe Captivate

Did you have Text Entry Boxes that were deleted?

I think at the beginning of the project I had one but immediately deleted it and the button.
