Randomise questions

Hi Everybody,

I'm planning to create a tool that ask 1 question. This question needs to jump to another question within a week time. The planning is to have a tool available in a store that asks customers 1 question, but every week another question needs to be active. Would this be possible to make with Captivate? If yes, how can I do this?

The info also needs to be stored. We want to give people the change to answer the question with a number. Something like "Do you like this store?" answer with a number between 1 and 5 with 1 being negative and 5 being positive. This information needs to be stored. Outcome should be something like out of 500 people the score is 3,7. And of course for every other question the answers needs to be counted. Is this possible?
