Question

Randomized Questions cause white screen or don´t show all answers in LMS moodle. I am using Scorm1.2

It would be great, if anyone has an idea for solving that problem.

I am using Captivate2019 and Scorm1.2 to HTML5 as a zip-file to upload in moodle.

    CP2019 had 3 main releases and multiple patch releases, please tell the exact version number. You can find it under Help, About Captivate.

    Did you edit the quizzing master slides? Did you delete any embedded object? Those are the items without an individual timeline. You should never delete them. Only those which you can deactivate using a checkbox.

    How did you set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences. There is no need to zip the output manuallty if you set up Reporting to create a SCO. Of course SCORM 1.2 has a limited set of transfer data available.

    The CP2019 is 11.5.5.553 - there is no update actually.
    The quizzing master slides I had never touched - only the background for brand.
    Zipping: I don´t do it manually. I use the "publishing on computer" with active checkbox for "zip-file"

    You are lucky, that is the most stable version I ever have known (using Captivate since two decades).

    Update is only necessary if you want to try out the new version 12, because of multiple reasons. Don't do it, version 11.8 is very buggy.

    You didn't answer all questions. Your answer about zipping makes me suspect that you did NOT set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences, but in that case the output folder would be automatically zipped (no need to activate the checkbox) and will have all the necessary files for the transmission of data. Did you set up Reporting? Can you show screenshots ot fhat setup?
