rdm4 issue!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately my CP9 crashed after recording and I have only unsaved rdmp4 file.

Is there any way to recover/open/edit rdmp4 file?

How do I fix this because it seems like no one at Adobe want to fix it. 
Has there been any update on this???? Because I would love to know if there is a way to fix a rdmp4 file? That way I can use a video I made. 

Was also suppose to get a call from a supervisor and no one wants to answer or call me.
