Reading Quiz slide

In Captivate 9, responsive project, is there any way to add a button to a quiz slide so the student can click on the slide and have the quiz question read to them? I can get it to read when they enter the slide, but I can't figure out a way to have them turn the reading of the slide on and off.

    Only button that can be added to a question slice is a shape button. You can attach an action Play Audio to the success event of that shape button.
