!!!REALLY!!!! - Presenter 11 crashes when I start to record

Question

I'm following the video tutorial step-by-step on a brand new Lenovo lap top running Win10.

I can outline myself and "my background looks awesome" (whatever!) - I press the record button, I see the transport buttons - BAM it crashes.

It tell me to contact support or post a message on the boards.

I won't have much patience for this.

Hi,Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.The issue seems to be associated with Adobe Presenter Video Express which is resulting in crash of your Presenter Application.I would suggest you to launch Presenter Video Express explicitly as a stand alone application rather than opening it from inside the Presenter application and replicate the above steps.If you encounter any issue, kindly launch the Presenter Video Express in Troubleshoot mode and upon any crash, send the logs to PVX-ProductionSupport@adobe.com .Thanks,Zeeshan HussainAdobe Presenter Engineering Team
