How can you do a live recording with this program, while you working threw and explaining how and why to do something for training, so you can send to your employees?

I would suggest you use the Video Demo recording option.

In Captivate File menu > Record a New > Video Demo.

You cna use the Video Demo for that purpose...  recording both your webcam and what happens on screen. With the editor later on you can trim, pan, zoom, choose what to show (webcam or/and screen), add static objects, video clip recordings. You can also use the video to convert into an interactive video.
