Recording a Chrome Window

Hello,

I am using Captivate 2017 and want to record a software demo from a SAAS application, which recommends only using the Chrome browser.

The entire screen is displayed on the monitor and the red box appears to be capturing the entire screen. However, when the demo is played back, the image is only a portion of the screen and the screen text is extremely large. It makes me feel like the capturing software is zoomed in. The image below displays the playback screen.

Any thoughts on what might be causing the issue with not being able to record the entire screen?
