Hi...i'm using captivate3 and my system configuration is Microsoft Windows Vista Business 64-Bit Operating System. why captivate is not recording the folders in Windows Vista?

Captivate is not formally tested and approved for 64-bit Windows. Try
running Captivate in 32-bit compatibility mode.
