Recording in Demo mode in Captivate 9

Hello

Can anyone help or has suffered with this issue and knows of a resolution?

I am trying to record system simulation in captivate 9 - using demo mode

When I record system data input and look at the generated slides they are not quite right.

Where I have clicked or where I have entered data, in the slides the data and mouse image are out of the fields i actually clicked. This makes it look like double vision almost and not a very good demonstration video

I wondered if it was the resolution on my lap top and so adjusted it slightly but although it is not as exaggerated, it is not totally right

Can anyone offer me any advice?
