Recording of PowerPoint slideshow skips slides

I am finding that when recording a PowerPoint slide show on Captivate 9, that the recording will flash or skip a slide or two. I am advancing the slides manually and I am being careful to only click the mouse once. However, once I replay the recording I will find a slide missing.

Use the Print Screen button to force capture a screenshot for each slide.

or possibly better yet,

Import the PowerPoint file into your project and simply make it part of your Captivate course.
